Job summary

Upper House Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Coordinator to join our vibrant team. You will support the restaurant and bar operations, helping craft memorable dining experiences for our guests.

The role requires a hospitality background, fluency in English and Chinese, and strong attention to detail. We provide training and a supportive environment, with benefits such as complimentary room nights, wellness programmes, and staff discounts across our hotels and outlets.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline.
• At least 1 year relevant work experience in hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of Food and Beverage.
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Prepare memorandums and menus as requested by the Executive Sous Chef.
• Take messages for the Executive Sous Chef and note down requests from other departments.
• Collect and distribute menus, internal messages, memorandums among team members.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Maintain an up-to-date filing system and ensure all existing correspondence is filed properly.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required by the department head from time to time.
• Ensure hygiene standard records are kept at all times.

Prepare memorandums and menus as requested by the Executive Sous Chef

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality relateddiscipline

At least 1 year relevant work experience in similar capacity in hospitality industry

Basic knowledge of Food and Beverage

Proficiency in computer software applications including Windows based application

Fluency in English and Chinese
