The role requires 3–5 years in small business banking, strong sales and relationship skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in small business banking or related area.
• Proven track record in sales and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high net-worth business clients with expert guidance on financial products and services.
• Develop and implement business plans to drive fee income growth, CASA growth and total revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to deepen engagement across banking solutions.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategy.
• Conduct transaction reviews and periodic account reviews.
