Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relationship management experience in the banking sector.
• Proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth and revenue generation.
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
• Highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem solving.
• Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis.
• Attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue, increase AUM of portfolio and increase inflows of net new money (NNM).
• Has regular contact and meetings with clients.
• Ensures client’s objectives are met through an appropriate selection of products within the client portfolio.
• Ensures clients are aware of their level of risk.
• Researches account and transaction records to resolve basic discrepancies, answer questions, or provide documentation on client activities.
• Provide assistance to fellow Relationship Managers.
