Job summary

FIS in Hong Kong is seeking a Treasury Specialist to join the Office of the CFO Growth Office in APAC. You will help sales teams identify and qualify treasury and working capital opportunities, bringing practical treasury expertise to client conversations and seller enablement.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Go-to-Market and pre-sales to translate client needs into relevant business conversations and stronger opportunities, working with regional banks, consultancies and FinTechs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as treasury SME in client meetings, uncover priorities and potential solution fit.
• Deliver seller training and clear business-level messaging across treasury solutions.

• Collaborate with regional partners, banks, consultancies, and FinTechs for market engagement.
• Align with Marketing and Go-to-Market on value propositions and market content.
• Review campaign leads and help sales qualify and prioritize opportunities.

About the role

We are looking for a Treasury Specialist to join the Office of the CFO (oCFO) Growth Office in APAC. This is a market-facing specialist role focused on helping our sales teams identify, qualify, and develop high-quality opportunities across Treasury and the broader working capital landscape. You will bring practical treasury expertise and strong commercial judgment to client conversations, seller enablement, partner engagement, and go-to-market activities. Working across Sales, Marketing, Product, Go-to-Market, and pre-sales teams, you will help translate client needs and market trends into relevant business conversations and stronger opportunities.

What you will be doing

• Partner with sales teams to identify and qualify treasury and working capital opportunities, with a focus on building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline.
• Act as a treasury subject matter expert in client and prospect meetings, helping uncover business priorities, challenges, and potential solution fit.
• Build seller knowledge through training, knowledge transfer, and clear business-level messaging across treasury and related oCFO solutions.
• Support C-suite conversations by bringing relevant treasury trends, market perspectives, and business insights.
• Work with regional partners, including Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks, consultancies, and FinTechs, to support market engagement and opportunity development.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Go-to-Market teams on value propositions, campaigns, webinars, industry forums, product launches, and market-facing content.
• Review campaign and event leads and help sales teams qualify and align relevant opportunities.
• Partner with Product teams to share market feedback, identify potential product or proposition gaps, and strengthen alignment with target-market needs.
• Work closely with pre-sales teams to prepare and transition qualified opportunities with clear client context and business requirements.
• Help strengthen competitive intelligence and positioning across the regional treasury and payments market.

What you bring

• Strong practitioner or product knowledge of corporate treasury, gained through experience in a corporate treasury, shared services, in-house bank, bank treasury, treasury consulting, or treasury technology environment.
• Commercial experience working with complex enterprise treasury, payments, or related financial technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of the treasury and payments landscape in APAC, including relevant market trends and competitive dynamics.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior finance and treasury stakeholders and translate complex topics into clear business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to contribute to client meetings, webinars, industry events, and seller training.
• Ability to work across sales, product, marketing, go-to-market, partner, and pre-sales teams to move opportunities forward.
• Strong relationship-building skills across the banking, treasury, payments, consulting, or financial technology ecosystem.
