Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, business analysis, or treasury services environment.
• Understanding of cash management, liquidity solutions, and securities services products.
• Understanding of front-to-back securities products and related workflows.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting treasury and securities services.

Responsibilities

• Support senior product managers in delivering Treasury Product strategy across Securities Services.
• Analyze market trends, client needs and product gaps to identify opportunities.
• Assist evaluation and development of new product initiatives and capabilities; assess value and feasibility.
• Contribute to managing product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and client demand.
• Support day-to-day product lifecycle management including positioning, governance and performance tracking.
• Coordinate and deliver projects within timelines, governance standards, and risk parameters.
• Provide progress updates and ensure execution through collaboration with stakeholders across functions.
• Drive alignment across teams by clarifying requirements, decisions and actions.
• Analyze client needs, feedback and market opportunities to support product enhancement and growth.
• Support client pitches, RFPs, strategic reviews and internal communications with product insights.
