Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 is seeking a Treasury Support professional to assist in managing cash flow, processing payments, and coordinating with banks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring cash movements, executing settlements, and updating treasury records in Oracle ERP. Strong English and Chinese communication and proficiency in Excel are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• Minimum 1 year of treasury/banking/accounting experience.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Word & Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP and electronic banking systems essential.

Responsibilities

• Support cash management by monitoring cash movements, bank balances, receivables and payables.
• Execute treasury transactions and settlements including deposits, derivatives, cheque issuance and fund transfers.
• Process and monitor payments via e-banking platforms.
• Maintain treasury records and update Oracle ERP journals and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Liaise with banks and internal stakeholders on banking documentation and treasury operations.
