Job summary

Wah Kwong Group in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled treasury professional to manage daily operations, cash pooling and liquidity optimization for the group. You will prepare forecasts, monitor bank balances and support loan administration and investments.

You will liaise with banks, strengthen internal controls, and contribute to system enhancements and process improvements. The role requires strong Excel/ERP experience and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance.
• 3 years of solid experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking or financial management.
• CPA, CFA will be an added advantage.
• Strong ability in treasury management with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and business acumen.
• Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with ERP systems, treasury management systems and online banking platforms would be an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily treasury operations, including cash pooling and allocation, fund collections, payment preparation and daily cash reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor bank account balances and optimize liquidity across the Group.
• Assist in loan administration and investments.
• Liaise with banks in accounts management and daily operations.
• Review procedures and operations control to strengthen internal controls and efficiencies.
• Prepare periodic treasury reports for management review.
• Participate in treasury system enhancement, digitalization initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
