Job summary

CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong Branch) seeks an Assistant Manager for Treasury Settlement (OPS&IT-T&WMS-TS) to oversee settlement operations, ensure accurate processing of transactions and maintain strict internal controls.

The role requires hands-on experience with RTGS, SWIFT and CMU systems, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent English and Mandarin communication. The candidate should have at least 5 years in treasury operations within banking and be a team player

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder or above.
• At least 5 years of relevant Treasury Operations experience in banking.
• Familiar with RTGS, SWIFT, CMU and Clearstream systems.
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel Applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English and Mandarin proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as checker for treasury products settlement and ensure transactions are accurate, timely and compliant with internal controls.
• Oversee payment processing through SWIFT, RTGS, CMU and other settlement platforms.
• Ensure regulatory and internal reporting requirements are fulfilled.
• Liaise with Treasury Front & Middle Office, counterparties, custodians and banks on settlement matters.
• Participate in new product implementation, system enhancement initiatives and UAT projects.
• Assist Team Head in strengthening internal controls and driving operational efficiency.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.
