The Bank of East Asia, Limited is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager for the Treasury Markets Support unit in Hong Kong. You will promote risk culture, oversee compliance infrastructure, and advise front office on regulatory matters.

You will review manuals, lead RCSA activities, assess new products, and deliver training to Treasury staff to mitigate regulatory and reputational risks. Strong English/Chinese writing and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• University degree required; 3+ years in banking/audit preferred.
• Experience in compliance/operational risk, audit, middle office or treasury operations advantageous.
• Familiarity with HK regulatory requirements (e.g., HKMA SPM).
• Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead compliance and risk infrastructure developments within Treasury Markets Support.
• Conduct regulatory gap analyses and drive remediation actions.
• Perform FATCA, AML, Volcker-related assessments on new products or initiatives.
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and liaise with central compliance for new initiatives.
