Job summary

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and experience in regional risk management across SEA markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, risk, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in financial institutions; regional exposure preferred.
• Experience implementing operational risk frameworks.
• Understanding of banking lines of business.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SEA operational risk framework implementation across entities.
• Monitor regulatory developments and supervise corrective actions.
• Advise on business compliance and related risk management for SEA operations.
• Escalate critical issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and transparency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to embed risk awareness.
• Represent the bank in regulator communications and regional meetings.
