Job summary

Responsibilities include compiling and maintaining records, preparing weekly/monthly reports, and coordinating daily deposits and payments to banks. Proficiency in English and Chinese, MS Word/Excel, and about two years of banking experience are required.

This is a full-time, long-term position.

Qualifications

• 2 years banking experience preferable.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel (Chinese typing required).
• Mature, proactive, stable and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury Department on bank accounts administration including KYC, account opening.
• Compile, update and maintain proper administrative records & prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Prepare and coordinate daily deposit and payment instructions to banks.
• Follow up payment advice and receipts.
• General administrative support for the department.
