Spurred by explosive business expansion, they are hiring an Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager to join their newly established hub in Hong Kong.
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of hands-on experience spanning financial reporting, FP&A, and treasury management within a fast-paced financial environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the firm's loan and cash portfolios to optimize liquidity and capital deployment;
Review and negotiate credit facilities with banks and financial institutions; handle daily bank account administration;
Prepare daily capital, deposit, and loan status reports; produce regular cash flow forecasts and liquidity risk analysis;
Formulate and execute financing channels and funding strategies in line with corporate business goals;
Support executive management in reviewing treasury policies and optimizing financial models; handle ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines;
Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) are advantageous;
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or margin financing within licensed financial institutions (e.g., prime brokerages, investment banks or commercial banks);
Proven hands-on experience in financial reporting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and treasury operations;
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail;
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills; fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
