Job summary

Leadingnation seeks a proactive treasury professional to manage daily accounting operations, treasury functions, and financial management activities in Hong Kong. You will oversee cash and liquidity, reimburse expenses, and support financial reporting and analysis for the accounting function.

The role requires a university degree in accounting, at least 3 years in treasury, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in SAP ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• University Degree / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• 3 years or above of experience in treasury field.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a good working and learning attitude, ability to work independently.
• Hands-on experience in SAP ERP system is definitely an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Integrity, patient, well-organized, reliable and good at teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily account payable, daily business receipt and procurement settlement efficiently.
• Perform treasury functions including cash & liquidity management.
• Review daily expense reimbursement documents and proceed with petty cash, cheque or bank transfer.
• Liaise with banks and arrange fixed deposit portfolio tendering, inter-bank fund transfer and relevant treasury services on a regular basis.
• Provide reporting and analysis to accounting for FX results, cash activities, bank loans, interest expense, bank fees.
• Manage bank accounts, including open / close bank accounts, on-line banking, update bank mandate as required.
• Keep cheques, bank statements and related bills. Prepare monthly bank balance reconciliation and cast count.
• Compile monthly and annual treasury positions for the Group.
• Assist in ad hoc assignments.
