Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s daily cash flow ensuring liquidity across APAC for the money-movement platform.
• Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with regional banks and providers for seamless service delivery.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and controls for licenses and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls.
• Maintain data accuracy within the Treasury Management System and support automation initiatives.
• Proactively support and resolve treasury-related queries from internal stakeholders across APAC.
• Coordinate and perform administrative duties relating to Bank Account Management and support the bank network growth.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the regional team to manage the company’s daily cash flow, ensuring timely and adequate liquidity across APAC for the money-movement platform
• Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with regional partnering banks and providers to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency
• Assist with the preparation of regulatory reporting and controls for various licenses and ensure operational activities are compliant with local regulations and internal controls
• Maintain data accuracy and completeness within the Treasury Management System while supporting ongoing automation initiatives to enhance its overall functionality
• Proactively support and resolve treasury-related queries from internal stakeholders across APAC
• Coordinate and perform ongoing administrative duties relating to our Bank Account Management function, supporting the growth and stability of the bank network
• Participate in the execution of other general team-related tasks, and projects

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance or business administration
• At least 3 years of relevant treasury/ finance experience
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively with regional and global stakeholders
• Proficient in Excel and Power Query

Not a must but a great advantage:

• Working knowledge of FX and cash management
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, or process automation
• Experience working with Treasury Management Systems (i.e. Kyriba), Microsoft Power Platform, and SQL
