Job summary

Payoneer is seeking a Bank Transfer Operations Representative to join the Global Bank Transfer team in Hong Kong. This full-time, hybrid role reports to the Global Bank Transfer team and involves daily coordination with banking providers to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a university degree, at least 1 year in banks/fintech, and strong Excel/Outlook skills, with excellent English communication. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or university graduate.
• At least 1 year of experience in banks/fintech.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with banking providers via email, phone, or other channels.
• Monitor transactions statuses, rates, and fees.
• Respond timely to ad hoc tasks to avoid delays/crisis.
• Monitor account balances of banking providers.
• Check refunded transactions with our banking providers.
• Answer questions regarding bank transfers and support other departments within Payoneer.
• Reconcile transactions in the database.
