Job summary

Payoneer is hiring a Treasury/Finance professional in Hong Kong to manage daily cash flow, maintain relationships with regional banks, and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance or business administration.
• At least 3 years of relevant treasury/ finance experience.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s daily cash flow ensuring liquidity across APAC for the money-movement platform.
• Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with regional banks and providers for seamless service delivery.
• Assist with regulatory reporting and controls for licenses and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls.
• Maintain data accuracy within the Treasury Management System and support automation initiatives.
• Proactively support and resolve treasury-related queries from internal stakeholders across APAC.
• Coordinate and perform administrative duties relating to Bank Account Management and support the bank network growth.
