Job summary

Travel Expert Ltd. is recruiting for a Travel Product Operations role in Hong Kong. You will assist in creating and listing itineraries, coordinate with suppliers, and publish products across online and offline channels with accurate pricing and content.

You will manage daily bookings, follow-ups, and ensure smooth delivery while keeping records up to date. The role requires a Diploma or above in Tourism/Hospitality/Business, at least 1 year in travel ops, strong English and Chinese, and good MS

Qualifications

Diploma or above in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or related discipline.
1 year of relevant experience in travel agency, product operations or related fields.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of travel booking systems/GDS is a plus.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask.
Immediately available is highly preferred; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

Assist in product creation and listing/uploading, including itinerary preparation, costing, and supplier coordination.
Support product publishing across online and offline channels, ensuring accurate pricing, availability, and content.
Coordinate daily product operations, including bookings, confirmations, supplier follow-ups, and operational issue handling.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update product information, databases, and operational records.
Monitor product performance and provide operational support as needed.
Perform ad-hoc duties and projects assigned.
