Qualifikationen

• Degree holder with ANZIIF (Senior Associate) or ACII.
• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of insurance products.

• Strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good PC knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Handle travel and personal accident claims
• Examine documents received from clients, claimants and service providers
• Contact clients and service providers for further information or development of claims
• Assess claims and prepare relevant documents for settlement approval
• Register new claims, set up claim reserve and update reserve according to claim development
• Regular review and follow up outstanding claim files
• Answer inquiries from insurance intermediaries / clients
• Prepare reinsurance documents and claims statistics
