Advise senior management on transformation priorities, delivery trade-offs, and execution risks with innovative, future-ready recommendations
Establish and govern delivery frameworks including milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
Drive end-to-end workflow efficiency and customer experience improvements through structured program execution
Formulate and enhance the QA framework for policy data and operational outputs, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement
Evaluate end-to-end processes, identify gaps, and develop calculable solutions with measurable impact
Build, coach, and lead a high-performance delivery team; oversee capability development and regulatory compliance training
Act as senior delivery partner to business units, IT, PSM, OSS, and external vendors to ensure alignment and accountability
University degree with minimum 8 years' experience in a life insurance company or related consultancy, with proven project management experience
Strategic and corporate-level mindset with strong customer centrality
Proven team leadership and team-building capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to challenge the status quo and think indicatively
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
