You will collaborate across business and technology, tracking benefits, risks and progress, and support governance forums with actionable insights.

The role combines orchestration of transformation programs with governance, workforce planning, budgeting, procurement, and business continuity responsibilities in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• University degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in transformation office, PMO, or related functions.
• Experience in insurance, financial services or highly regulated industries preferred.
• Strong governance, project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience preparing reports and governance documentation for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise-wide transformation through the Transformation Office governance framework.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and benefits.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination across business, technology and supporting functions.
• Support prioritisation, planning and portfolio reviews across initiatives.
• Prepare executive dashboards and governance reports for management.
• Secretarial duties for monthly Senior Management Team meetings and action tracking.
• Maintain governance records and management information repositories.
