Deloitte China is seeking a Manager-level consultant to transform insurance operations. Lead cross-functional teams, design and present strategic solutions, and deliver complex transformation programs.

You will analyze processes, develop business cases, and mentor team members while collaborating with clients to drive value in a rapidly evolving market. The role emphasizes leadership, client management, and the ability to align technology and processes with strategic drivers.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, financial engineering, management, or related disciplines.
• A minimum of 5 years of consulting experience with a strong knowledge of the insurance industry.
• MBA from a top-tier institution is preferred, though not required.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Core consulting skills: slide design, storytelling, problem solving, analytics, modelling.
