FIS Systems (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Transformation Analyst Sr Lead to steer enterprise transformation initiatives that align business strategy with technology investments. You will oversee a portfolio of programs, set priorities, govern execution, and measure outcomes across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale business transformation, strategic change, or enterprise program initiatives.
• Advanced expertise in portfolio management, organizational change management, and transformation governance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategic actions.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and leading cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Experience developing performance metrics, business cases, and outcome-based measurement frameworks.
• Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational alignment.
• Professional certifications in project, program, portfolio, or change management.
• Experience leading global transformation initiatives across multiple regions and business units.

• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address complex business and operational challenges.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve alignment, communication, and execution across teams.
• Leverage advanced analytics, reporting, and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
• Lead digital transformation efforts by integrating emerging technologies and promoting innovation across the organization.
• Build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate transformation objectives.
• Monitor program progress, resource allocation, dependencies, and organizational readiness to ensure successful delivery.

About the Role

As a Transformation Analyst Sr Lead, you will lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives that align business strategy, operating models, and technology investments with organizational objectives.
