Job summary

Combuilder Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a training content developer to craft lesson plans and learner-focused content for classroom, online, and LMS delivery. You will design engaging materials, create assessment rubrics, and support storyboard and interactive content development with Generative AI tools as applicable.

You will coordinate development projects, ensuring on-time delivery while collaborating with stakeholders to meet operational needs and ensure high-quality learning

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or learning development.
• Experience in lesson planning, e-learning content creation, and assessment design.
• Experience using Generative AI for training design or content development will be preferred.
• Experience in storyboarding, interactivity branching, or project management will be an advantage.
• Familiar with tools such as Articulate, Lectora, Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, HTML, or XML.
• LMS experience will be preferred.
• Ex-RSN service personnel will be an added advantage.
