Qualifications

• Understands ideas and has a viewpoint on the markets and economy.
• Willingness to engage with internal and external stakeholders outside of the immediate desk environment.
• Experience in sales or broking.

Responsibilities

• Promote TP ICAP Group to clients.
• Provide complete support to the brokers for the smooth running of the desk.
• Ensure timely input of trades into trading systems.
• Resolve trade queries and discrepancies promptly.
• Identify trade opportunities and develop strategies.
• Keep trade records up to date.
• Update real-time market data boards and provide input on projects.
• Provide trade details to brokers and traders daily.
• Give live quotes to traders through messaging systems.
• Monitor markets and stay updated on financial news and developments.
• Liaise with clients to understand business objectives and provide reliable broking services.
• Onboard new clients following the correct process with the Client On-Boarding team.
