Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited in Hong Kong seeks an Analyst Java Developer for trading system projects. You will bridge business needs with IT solutions and work on CI/CD pipelines, financial apps, CRM systems, and AI development.

You will gather requirements with stakeholders, design IT solutions, and deliver detailed project plans while ensuring alignment with business owners, project teams, and vendors. Proficiency in Java and bilingual English/Chinese is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/Business/CS or related field.
3-5 years relevant IT developer/BA experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in English and Chinese.
Hands-on Java is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Bridge business needs with IT solutions and involved in system development and implementation.
Collaborate with departments to implement IT projects (financial apps, CRM, AI).
Gather and analyse business requirements, map processes, and work with tech teams for delivery.
Ensure alignment with stakeholders (business owners/users, project team, vendors).
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support enhancement/maintenance activities.
Prepare documentation and training materials for end-users.
