Responsibilities

Coordinate with the business to maintain and enhance existing operations, ensuring seamless workflow integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.
Provide reliable estimates and alert project managers to delays or issues early.
Maintain documentation of requirements, system design, and user manuals for compliance.
Mentor developers through design/code reviews and pair programming.
Test new features and system enhancements before deployment and document results for audit.
Provide training and detailed documentation to support teams.
Handle other project tasks as directed by the manager.
