Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Java Developer for Trading Front Office to bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will collaborate with multiple departments to implement financial applications, CRM systems, and AI initiatives, gathering requirements and shaping project plans.

The role requires hands-on Java and SQL, Linux knowledge, and the ability to work in English and Mandarin. Occasional travel to ShenZhen is a plus, and CI/CD pipelines should be familiar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• 5-8 years relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI development and CRM systems is a plus.
• Hands-on Java and SQL.
• Knowledge in Linux.
• Able to speak Mandarin and willing to travel to ShenZhen occasionally will be a plus
