Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a driven Analyst for the Securitized Products Middle Office in Hong Kong. You will support transactions across APAC markets, manage collateral data, exposure coordination, and know your customer processes, ensuring accurate booking and timely settlements.

The role emphasizes risk control, issue resolution, and collaboration with front office, operations, technology, finance, legal, and compliance to keep trades moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in securities operations or middle office.
• Fluency in Chinese and English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong stakeholder management across front office, operations, technology, finance, legal and compliance.
• Resourceful problem-solver with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, risk awareness and timely escalation judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain collateral data and related operational records with accuracy and control.
• Coordinate between origination and credit teams to support exposure management and resolve items.
• Manage know your customer processes ensuring steps are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate booking in securities and loan systems and support lifecycle events.
• Coordinate third-party vendor invoicing and billing activities.
• Support sales credit submissions and required follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Identify operational issues, escalate appropriately, and drive cross-team resolutions.
• Document requirements and coordinate delivery for process and technology changes.
