OSL Hong Kong seeks a Trading Product Manager to lead and enhance core trading functionalities across liquidity management, FX settlement, and operations tooling. This role bridges business needs with technical execution and helps ensure a robust, scalable trading platform.

You will own RFQ and order-book liquidity products, drive improvements in liquidity provision and market making, and coordinate with engineering, treasury and risk to deliver seamless cross-asset settlement and compliant

Qualifications

STEM majors required; strong math and statistics foundations.
Experience in trading, liquidity, or product management within financial or crypto platforms.
Understanding of FX markets, settlement flows, and RFQ/order book mechanics.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Ops, Risk, etc.).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

Trading & Liquidity Management: Manage RFQ and order book-based liquidity products; drive improvements in liquidity provision and market making; monitor trading performance, pricing, and execution quality.
FX Integration & Settlement: Lead product integration of FX services for cross-currency settlement; oversee workflows for multi-asset settlement and coordinate with treasury/ops; work with external FX providers and internal teams.
Operations Console (Ops Tooling): Design and enhance internal Ops Console for trading and operational teams; ensure effective user experience and process automation; partner with engineering, compliance, and risk to meet internal controls.
