Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for Liquidity Management in Hong Kong to lead the daily operations that keep fund transfers, trade capture, and reconciliations accurate and timely. You will collaborate with liquidity managers, tech leads, and business analysts to design scalable workflows and robust controls.

The role requires a proactive owner mindset, strong communication across internal and external stakeholders, and a deep understanding of cross-border fund flows, SWIFT, and SEPA

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Chinese as required for internal and external communication.
• Experience with crypto exchange operations and fund flows beneficial.
• Ability to design and improve operational processes and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain daily SOPs for operations.
• Manage fund transfers, operational fees, and fault transfers.
• Handle trade capture, ledger reconciliations, and investigate mismatches.
