Job summary

RD Technologies in Hong Kong is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead development of core product lines for a global stablecoin payment infrastructure. You will own lifecycle planning for On/Off-ramp, FX trading products, and liquidity/LP channel integration.

You will drive design of FX/crypto conversion engines, implement multi-currency quoting, spread management, and hedging strategies for 24/7 high-concurrency environments. Strong cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, CS, Math, Statistics or related fields.
3–5+ years of product management experience in internet finance, licensed payment institutions, FX trading platforms, or Web3.
Deep experience in FX trading product design, position management, risk control, and hedging for proprietary modes.
Experience integrating mainstream liquidity providers (LPs) via APIs and SOR logic.

Responsibilities

Lead product lifecycle planning for core product lines in global stablecoin payments.
Spearhead FX trading system design, multi-currency quoting, hedging, and slippage control.
Design position management and real-time risk netting for multi-currency setups.
Oversee On/Off-ramp and LP integration with standardized gateways and SOR.
