Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking an APAC Trading Platform Support Specialist to manage and maintain the Market Administrator trading platform. You will be the first line of contact for brokering desks in the APAC region and work with Sales and Product teams to test and launch projects.

The role involves incident management, data accuracy maintenance, and proactive monitoring, with after-hours support as required. A strong IT and financial markets background is essential.

Qualifications

• Financial Services preferably experience.
• Operational support experience.
• IT literate and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with system logs and XML analysis.
• Data processing and MS Office proficiency.
• Basic network tracing.

Responsibilities

• First and second line support for Market Administrators trading platform.
• Maintain data accuracy and pro-active monitoring of the platform.
• Log incidents and requests via ServiceNow; ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with product and sales teams to test and launch improvements.
• Support and test new software releases; assist with after-hours coverage if needed.
• Prepare and share technical documentation and runbooks.
