Aptitude Asia Limited is seeking a capable Trade Floor Deskside Support specialist to join our HK team. You will provide L1/L2 desktop support on the Hong Kong trading floor, troubleshoot hardware, install software, and ensure traders have reliable access to essential tools.

You'll support trading applications, Excel workflows, and scripts in Python or SQL to resolve issues quickly. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving are essential in our fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a trading or financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of trading applications.
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
