Deutsche Bank is seeking an experienced Core Trade Finance & International Lending professional in Hong Kong to drive strategy, originate and structure trade finance, supply chain finance, and lending solutions for large corporate clients.

You will work closely with Coverage, Risk, Operations and Product teams, lead client engagements with Mainland China and Hong Kong-based clients, and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while ensuring sound risk management.

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in core trade finance, lending and structured credit in international or regional banks.
Proven track record in originating and structuring complex trade finance and lending for large corporates.
Strong understanding of credit, risk management and regulatory requirements.
Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong client negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

Drive revenue growth and client engagement for Core TFIL activities.
Originate, structure and execute trade finance, supply chain finance and lending transactions.
Develop and implement strategies and innovative product propositions for large corporate clients.
Partner with Coverage, Risk, Operations and Product teams to ensure risk controls.
Lead negotiations on transaction structuring with senior client relationships.
Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision making.
