Jaz Toys HK Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a product designer to lead design and development for toy projects handed over from various teams. You will collaborate with Design, Engineering and PM to meet quality standards and schedules.

Requirements include a higher diploma or degree in Industrial/Product Design, 3-5 years in toy product design, strong sketching, rendering and 3D skills (KeyShot), and bilingual English/Chinese communication.

Formación

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of solid experience in product design within the toy industry.
• Good sketching, rendering and aesthetic visualization skills.
• Hands-on experience with 3D software such as KeyShot.
• English and Chinese proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience in creating technical exploded-view drawings.
• Knowledge of plastic engineering and manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of soft goods engineering and materials is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Concept design, sketching and rendering development.
• Aesthetic control drawings and specifications.
• Monitoring sculpture and 3D model making.
• Defining color, finish and decorations specifications.
• Following production stages to ensure quality and timelines.
• Monitor design progress to meet quality standards and schedules.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new product lines.
• Support the US team during on-site visits and collaborations.
• Brainstorm ideas for new product concepts.
• Willingness to travel to Mainland China.
