Job summary

Kin Wing Engineering Company Limited is seeking a diligent Tender Administrator to support the preparation and submission of tender documents for government and private projects.

The role involves coordinating the end-to-end tender submission process, preparing presentations for interviews, and maintaining detailed records. Excellent English and Cantonese/Mandarin communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in the construction industry with 1 year in tendering.
• Familiar with Government and HKHA submission procedures.
• Experience as an administrative assistant or in a tendering environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit tender documents and EOIs.
• Coordinate tender submissions and manage correspondence.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for tender interviews and promotions.
• Maintain records to track tender progress and outcomes.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for tender responses.
• Prepare documentation for new licenses and professional recognitions renewals.
• Maintain department administration, including equipment and inventory control.
• Provide administrative support to the tender team and wider office.
