Job summary

KOS International Limited in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, seeks a Temporary Accountant, AP for a 3-month contract to handle multi-country invoice processing, payments and settlements.

The role requires an accounting degree, 3+ years in-house experience, proficiency in Chinese and English, and strong MS Office skills; immediate availability is preferred. The position offers a 3-month engagement with HKD 35k–40k per month.

• Run reports from accounting and supporting systems as per request and handle inquiries from business units
• Prepare prepayment and allocation recharge table during month-end closing
• Being involved in ad-hoc tasks assigned and provide supports to the Finance department when necessary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily multi-countries invoice processing payments and settlements for external parties and for Asia offices
• Review employees' expense claims and arrange reimbursement payments
• Assist in providing supporting docs for audit and SOX purposes
• Run reports from accounting and supporting systems as per request and handle inquiries from business units
• Prepare prepayment and allocation recharge table during month-end closing
• Being involved in ad-hoc tasks assigned and provide supports to the Finance department when necessary

Key Requirements

• Degree holder majoring in Accountancy is preferred
• 3+ years of in-house accounting experience, nice to have MNC/Regional operating experience
• Strong sense of commitment, self-motivated and well organized
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in Chinese and English
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to learn
• Proficient in MS Office
• Immediate availability is preferred
