Job summary

Classy Wheeler Limited is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our branch operations in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering professional counter services, building strong customer relationships, and supporting daily branch tasks.

The ideal candidate should have HKCEE/HKDSE qualifications, prior bank teller experience, and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Chinese word processing and MS Office is preferred, with HKSI/IIQE qualifications advantageous.

Qualifications

• Hold an HKCEE or HKDSE certificate with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including Chinese, English, and Mathematics.
• Possess prior professional experience working as a Bank Teller.
• Demonstrate a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Show excellent attention to detail alongside strong communication and organizational skills.
• Maintain a pleasant personality with a dedicated, customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Chinese word processing and the MS Office Suite.
• Possess valid HKSI and IIQE qualifications, which will be considered a distinct advantage.
