Job summary

PrimeCredit Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Sales Team Leader to manage a group of about 10 Telesales staff focused on Personal and Card Loan products for existing customers, hitting sales targets and driving loan drawdowns.

You will allocate manpower, monitor performance, coach staff, and provide timely briefings and updates to customers. The role requires 3+ years in sales management within financial services or telecom, with fluency in English and Chinese and strong MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales management and supervisory experience in a financial institution or telecom industry.
• Proficient in MS applications (Word & Excel).
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
