Qualifications

• Candidates from banking, consumer finance, insurance, telecommunications or other high-volume telephone sales environments will be considered.
• Experience in personal loans, card loans, credit cards or other consumer financial products would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coaching, performance management and analytical skills.
• Sales-driven, resilient and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
• Good command of spoken Cantonese; English and Mandarin would be advantageous.
