Job summary
Leapworks Limited is seeking an Assistant Telecom Engineer to support property management operations in Hong Kong. You will preserve telecom and SMATV systems in commercial buildings and supervise vendors to ensure quality maintenance services.
You will prepare repair tenders, issue work orders, handle tenant complaints, monitor building system faults, and assist with BIM projects while coordinating with service providers to troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure signal quality standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / Telecom Engineering.
- MHKIE or equivalent preferred.
- Grade B Registered Electrical Worker preferred.
- 2+ years experience in commercial building operation and maintenance.
- BIM knowledge is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Preserve telecom and SMATV systems in commercial buildings.
- Supervise vendors to ensure quality maintenance services.
- Prepare repair tenders and issue work orders.
- Handle tenant complaints and coordinate improvement works.
- Monitor building system faults and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Support BIM projects.
- Coordinate with service providers and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Assist with system upgrades and ensure signal quality standards.
