Job summary

Swire Properties in Hong Kong's Pacific Place is seeking an Assistant Engineer to join our Technical Team. You will help operate and maintain E&M systems across our premier commercial properties, ensuring reliability and sustainable performance.

The role requires a degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering, at least three years' experience, and strong English and Chinese communication. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is essential; exposure to energy-saving projects is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree holder in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English and Chinese.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the E&M systems of existing commercial properties.
Assist in environmental and energy-saving projects.
Supervise contractors and in-house technicians to carry out routine repairs and maintenance works.
Monitor alteration and improvement works of E&M systems.
Prepare technical reports and handle E&M inquiries.
