Job summary

Accenture in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced SAP SF Expert to lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support engagements for global clients. You will design, configure, test and deploy HR solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Successful candidates will have 5–15 years in SAP SuccessFactors projects, strong requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and client-facing communication experience. Certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR or related disciplines
• 5-15 years of experience in large-scale and complex SAP/ HR system implementation and project management
• Experience in 3+ aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities
• Experience on working with clients on requirements and business process definition, Software Development/Systems Integration and Application Support
• Ability to document and present solution using various methods (client facing, presentations, and demos)
• SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Modules is a plus (e.g. EC, EC payroll, RCM, ONB, LMS, PMGM, Succession, CDP, Compensation )

Responsibilities

• Participate in all the project phases (Planning and Designing, Development and Configuration, Integration, Functionality Testing and UAT, Deployment, Post-go live support/Hypercare)
• Drive and/or participate in the requirements confirmation discussions / requirements gathering workshops
• Perform fit-gap analysis as needed: Analyze and assess the feasibility of client requirements, impacts and gaps in the standard delivered functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors
• Configure and implement SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements, and participate in overall configuration management
• Continuously support the development of our service offering and value proposition.

As an SAP SF Expert, you will become a part of our team of experts responsible for the end-to-end system implementation and/or support of the SAP HCM Suite of modules encompassing all of the HR Functions.
