Job summary

Accenture seeks an SAP HCM Expert to join our team delivering end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and support across large enterprises. You will lead or participate in multi-phase projects, drive requirements workshops, and perform fit-gap analyses to tailor SuccessFactors modules to client needs.

You will document solutions for client presentations and demos, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to service offerings. A SAP Certification in SuccessFactors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR or related disciplines.
• 5–15 years of experience in SAP/HR system implementation and project management.
• Experience in 3+ aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities.
• Experience on working with clients on requirements and business process definition, Software Development/Systems Integration and Application Support.
• Ability to document and present solution using various methods (client facing, presentations, and demos).
• SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Modules is a plus (e.g. EC, EC payroll, RCM, ONB, LMS, PMGM, Succession, CDP, Compensation ) (#LI-GM)

Responsibilities

• Participate in all the project phases (Planning and Designing, Development and Configuration, Integration, Functionality Testing and UAT, Deployment, Post-go live support/Hypercare)
• Drive and/or participate in the requirements confirmation discussions / requirements gathering workshops
• Perform fit-gap analysis as needed: Analyze and assess the feasibility of client requirements, impacts and gaps in the standard delivered functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors
• Configure and implement SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements, and participate in overall configuration management
• Continuously support the development of our service offering and value proposition
