Job summary

Accenture in Hong Kong seeks an experienced SAP/SuccessFactors Consultant at Manager level to lead end-to-end SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations for major clients. You’ll drive design, configuration, integration, testing and deployment, while managing client relationships and project governance.

The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, SAP certification in SuccessFactors preferred, and a track record of delivering complex HR systems on time and within budget, with

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR or related disciplines preferred.
• Min 6+ years of SAP/HR system implementation and PM experience.
• Experience in SuccessFactors HCM implementation lifecycle including requirements, design, testing and deployment.
• Experience with client requirements, systems integration and application support.
• Ability to document and present solutions to clients via various formats.
• SAP Certification in SuccessFactors modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all project phases from planning to post-go-live support.

As anSAP Manager/ Asso. Manager/ Consultant (SuccessFactors/ HCM), you will become a part of our team of experts responsible for the end-to-end system implementation and/or support of the SAP HCM/ SuccessFactors Suite of modules encompassing all of the HR Functions.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

Participate in all the project phases (Planning and Designing,Development and Configuration,Integration, Functionality Testing and UAT, Deployment, Post-go live support/Hypercare)

Drive and/or participate in the requirements confirmation discussions / requirements gathering workshops

Perform fit-gap analysis as needed: Analyze and assess the feasibility of client requirements, impacts and gaps in the standard delivered functionalities of SAP SuccessFactors

Configure and implement SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements, and participate in overall configuration management

Manage client & stakeholder relationships and communications at all stages of the project.

Continuously support the development of our service offering and value proposition.

Participate in practice building activities (e.g. thought leadership development, market offering development).

Here’s What You Need:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR or related disciplines preferred

Min 6+ years of experience in large-scale and complex SAP/ HR system implementation and project management

Experience in all aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities

Experience on working with clients on requirements and business process definition, Software Development/Systems Integration and Application Support

Ability to document and present solution using various methods (client facing, presentations, and demos)

SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Modules is a plus (e.g. EC, EC payroll, RCM, ONB, LMS, PMGM, Succession, CDP, Compensation)
