Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors expert to lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP HCM modules for large-scale HR projects. You will join a team delivering across planning, design, configuration, integration, testing and deployment in a dynamic client environment.

Requirements include extensive SAP SF experience, degree in a related field, and strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR or related disciplines.
• 5–15 years of SAP/HR system implementation and project management experience.
• Experience in 3+ SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules and deployment activities.
• Experience with client requirements, business processes, Systems Integration and support.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• SAP Certification in SuccessFactors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all project phases including planning, design, development, configuration, integration, testing and deployment.
• Drive requirements confirmation discussions and workshops.
• Perform fit-gap analysis for SAP SuccessFactors core processes.
• Configure and implement SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements.
• Support development of service offerings and value proposition.
