Job summary

Hip Hing Construction Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a senior IT/engineering leader to execute the digital strategy and deliver complex projects such as Smart Site Safety System, BIM, automation, and data integration.

You will liaise across teams to ensure adoption, drive automation and analytics for workflow optimization, manage vendors and budgets, and scale agile solutions into enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years or above relevant experience with at least 5 years in manager position in relevant position
• Holder of certifications in PMP, Agile or Change Management is preferred.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing vendors in HK and GBA.
• Strong execution, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.

Good verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
