• Experience in IT service management and governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key technology partner for Hong Kong business, translating priorities into practical tech solutions.
• Develop and manage the local technology roadmap aligned with objectives and regional strategies.
• Lead digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Deliver technology projects with planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure effective execution of solutions.
• Oversee IT service delivery and vendor performance to maintain high service standards.
• Manage technology risks, governance, and security requirements.
• Support business development activities and strategic projects from a technology perspective.
• Monitor technology trends and identify innovative solutions that create business value.
