Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Writer to create, maintain, and improve documentation for products, systems, and services. You will translate complex information for both technical and non-technical audiences, collaborating with engineers, PMs, architects, and SMEs.

The role involves developing and updating project documents, guides, API docs, SOPs, and troubleshooting manuals, while ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or similar role.
• Proven experience producing technical documentation for software, systems, engineering, or technology environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation including project docs, administrator and user guides, installation and configuration manuals, API documentation, SOPs, test documents, troubleshooting guides, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to gather technical information and analyze system designs to develop accurate documentation.
• Review, edit, and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency; maintain documentation repositories and knowledge management systems.
• Ensure documentation complies with organizational standards and regulatory requirements; perform quality reviews for completeness, accuracy, and usability.
• Identify documentation gaps and recommend improvements; incorporate user feedback to enhance documentation quality and support knowledge sharing.
