Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an ILS Technical Writer to develop and maintain technical documentation for complex engineering systems throughout their lifecycle. You will work with engineering, logistics, maintenance, training, and project teams to gather valid information.

Responsibilities include creating manuals, guides, IPCs, and training materials, translating drawings into user documentation, and managing document revisions and approvals, ensuring compliance with defence and industry

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communications, IT, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in technical writing, technical publications, engineering documentation, or ILS.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of ILS, LSA, RAM, and Configuration Management.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, or technical authoring tools.

• Knowledge of S1000D/ASD/AIA standards is an advantage.

• Defence, aerospace, maritime, manufacturing, or complex systems experience is preferred.
